Seminar Goals
New or recent leaders will be given a foundational tool set and skill set enabling them to gain more confidence in leading themselves and their teams effectively. Whilst providing concrete tips and advice participants will have the chance to learn, apply and develop the skills in role plays, interactive group discussions, and self assessments.
