Seminar Goals


Leaders will develop a personal understanding of diversity issues and will learn critical skills required to effectively lead and motivate a diverse workforce. In addition they will learn how to enhance their established teams and develop strategies for team development.  The second day will provide guidance to leaders who need to introduce departmental or organizational change to their employees, and provide them with tools to navigate the turbulent waters of change. Participants will have the chance to learn, apply and develop the skills in role plays and interactive group discussions.
