The cost for IFH® UK Train & Save Gold participation is £4995 ex VAT per year per hotel, payable in advance or by monthly standing order The daily delegate rate for each training day must be paid by each delegate. Participating hotels can attend any number of IFH® Open Training Courses and send a maximum of 4 delegates per participating property to each training course. Places must be booked at least 30 days in advance. Delegates from the same hotel can be substituted at any time. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the training course will be charged a cancellation fee of £25 ex VAT. Cancellations made within 30 days as well as no shows will be subject to cancellation or no show fee of £125 ex VAT. All fees will be invoiced from IFH® directly to the hotel. It is possible to rebook a new date for the same training up to 30 days prior to the start of the seminar free of charge or to register a replacement participant, free of charge up to 5 days prior to the start of the training. Outside of these specified periods all changes will be charged an amendment fee of £25 ex VAT. These additional fees are invoiced from IFH® directly to the booking Hotel.
IFH® UK reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training course and shall assume no liability whatsoever if the training course is cancelled or postponed. The program has limited availability and is open to 150 participating hotels only. Participants agree to be contacted monthly to be kept informed of training courses and dates.
